LOC716: Picturesque small village (Northumberland)

Small isolated village which includes a church, hotel and village pub which date back to 1214 when Premonstratensian monks founded the abbey. Present village rebuilt in early C18th. Picturesque and on a slope so easy to look down on it. River with stone bridge close by.
