Huge sports centre sitting on a large spit of land on the south coast. The centre has a velodrome, dry ski slope, and climbing walls. There are also dorm style buildings with classrooms. Empty outdoor swimming pool and plenty of rental kit available. The whole site is surrounded by a shingle beach. Film friendly location with reasonable availability depending on season. Would also work well as a unit base. Perfect as a location in its own right or as addition to the other locations we have available interlinking down this stretch of coast line (LOC5425)
