6,000 sq foot warehouse complex. The space underwent a renewal in 2023 removing non structural partitions to reveal a bigger volume and more versatile space. There is a side room, makeup/changing area, kitchen & bathrooms on site. Lots of character throughout the space, with concrete flooring and walls offer a range of textures and details. Backdrop system complete with colorama of many different shades. Above the main space is a daylight studio with a rooftop terrace. This space can be hired in addition to the main space but not on its own. Daylight and skylights throughout the venue.
The Social Club, ‘next door’, old school charm and character, a remnant of a bygone era. Working man’s club and former nunnery complete with full bar and late license. Can be rented in conjunction with the main space or as an independent venue.
